Initial Comments:An offsite follow up survey conducted on November 15, 2023, found that Vital Home Care Services, LLC., had corrected the deficiencies cited under 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a Medicare initial certification survey completed on September 21, 2023.
